Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be delighted with Notifyr. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for credits or paid add-ons.
1. Prepaid Credit Wallet
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase minus a 5% payment gateway processing fee. Once credits have been consumed by sends, they are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email support@notifyr.in from the account's registered email address with your order ID. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Add-ons
Monthly add-ons (dedicated IPs, dedicated subdomains) are billed in advance and non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel add-ons at any time to prevent renewal.
One-time services (deliverability audits, migration assistance) are non-refundable once work has begun.
3. Enterprise Contracts
Annual Scale contracts are governed by the mutually signed Order Form. Please refer to the termination and refund clauses in your Order Form.
4. Fraudulent or Abusive Use
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (spam, phishing, illegal content).
