Common questions
How does the credit system work?+
You buy credits from your Notifyr wallet via Razorpay. Every message you send deducts credits at the transparent per-channel rate below. 1 credit = ₹1. There are no monthly subscriptions — top up whenever you like.
Do credits expire?+
No. Unused credits stay in your wallet forever. Cancel your account any time and request a refund on unused credits within 30 days of purchase.
What are bonus credits?+
Every credit pack (from Growth upwards) comes with free bonus credits added on top. Signup also grants you a one-time welcome bonus so you can try the platform before paying.
Can I bring my own provider account?+
Yes — that's the cheapest way. Plug in your AWS SES, SendGrid, Mailgun or SMTP credentials and you only pay Notifyr's small platform fee per message. You settle the provider bill directly.
What if I use platform-managed sending?+
For teams that don't want to manage a provider account, Notifyr offers platform-managed sending. Rates include both the underlying provider cost and the platform fee — no separate provider bill.
What about WhatsApp conversation charges?+
Meta charges per 24-hour conversation window based on template category and country. Notifyr passes those Meta fees through at cost and adds a small platform fee (in credits) on top. See the rate table.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay (INR). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice in USD or INR.
Is there a free trial?+
Every new account receives a signup bonus of credits (typically ₹500). No card required. Top up only when the bonus runs out.
