Getting started
What is Notifyr?+
Notifyr is an all-in-one broadcast platform for email, transactional email, SMS and WhatsApp Business messaging. Connect any provider, manage broadcasts, send through a fast API, and track sent, delivered and failed status for every message.
How long does it take to set up?+
Most teams are sending their first email within 5 minutes. Sign up, verify your sender domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), connect a provider and hit send.
Do you offer a free trial?+
Yes — every account gets 1,000 free emails per month forever. No credit card required.
Pricing & billing
How is Notifyr priced?+
Prepaid credits. 1 credit = ₹1. Top up your wallet and spend credits across email, SMS and WhatsApp at transparent per-channel rates. No subscriptions or monthly minimums.
Do credits expire?+
No. Unused credits stay in your wallet forever.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice in INR or USD.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. See our refund policy for full details.
Deliverability
How do I improve email deliverability?+
Verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your sending domain, warm up new IPs gradually, clean your list of bounces and unsubscribes, and monitor your sender reputation in the dashboard.
Do you offer dedicated IPs?+
Yes — $25/month per dedicated IP. Warm-up guidance and reputation monitoring included.
What happens to bounces and complaints?+
Bounces and complaints are automatically added to your per-project suppression list and never sent to again — protecting your sender reputation.
API & developers
Is the API RESTful?+
Yes — a clean REST API with JSON payloads. SDKs available for Node.js, Python, Go, PHP and Ruby.
What are the rate limits?+
1,000 req/second on the free tier, 10,000 req/second on Growth, and custom limits on Scale.
Do you support webhooks?+
Yes — HMAC-signed webhooks for sent, delivered and failed events with automatic retries and dead-letter handling.
Security & compliance
Is Notifyr GDPR compliant?+
Yes. We're GDPR and DPDP compliant with data export, deletion, encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and a signed DPA available for enterprise customers.
Where is my data stored?+
Primary storage is in Mumbai (ap-south-1). EU and US data residency available on Scale plans.
Do you offer SSO?+
SSO / SAML is available on Scale plans. SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA.
